This privacy policy explains how Leave Tracker (“the app”), published by Łaskarzewski Apps, handles your information.
We build our apps to collect as little data as possible. This page describes what the app stores, what is shared with third parties and how to reach us with questions.
02Data the app stores
Leave Tracker stores the data you enter locally on your device. There is no account and no sign-up, and your leave records are never uploaded to our servers. The app stores:
- Leave records you add, such as dates, leave type, status and optional notes
- Your leave settings, such as yearly allowances, carry-over days, working days and custom leave types
- Preferences such as your country, region and language
This data is deleted when you uninstall the app. Files you export are saved where you choose and stay under your control.
03Data shared with third parties
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data. The only third-party service the app uses is Sentry, which receives crash and error reports (see Crash reporting).
If you send feedback and provide your e-mail address, it is stored for 30 days.
04In-app purchases
Leave Tracker does not offer in-app purchases.
05Crash reporting
Leave Tracker uses Sentry to find and fix crashes and errors. When an error occurs, the app sends Sentry a report with technical details such as device model, operating system version, app version, the screen you were on and the error that occurred. Sentry also receives the IP address the report is sent from.
To understand what led to an error, the app may record a session replay: a reconstruction of the app’s screens in which text and images are masked. Replays are recorded for a sample of sessions and when an error occurs.
If you send feedback from the app’s Settings tab, Sentry receives your message and the e-mail address you enter, if any. We use this only to reply to you and improve the app.
06Children’s privacy
Leave Tracker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when new features are added. Any changes will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
